My Story
Mystic Steppingstones reflects my journey of caring for my grandparents at the end of their lives, my personal growth in establishing my own identity rather than just being the go-to person in the family, and my aspiration to assist others as they navigate through life's various challenging phases. My aim is to offer my clients the highest level of support, guidance, recognition, and compassionate care. I recognize that each individual and situation is unique, so I customize my services to meet the specific needs of each client.
I want to ensure that you are acknowledged for the unique individual you are, regardless of which steppingstone in life you are in.

My Journey
​
I have dedicated myself to providing compassionate support for individuals during challenging times in their lives. My aim is to help people feel acknowledged, heard, and supported, no matter what stage they are in. I can assist in organizing your affairs, ensuring your wishes and needs are met, and tie up any loose ends. Additionally, I offer guidance in clearly defining what you want during life transitions and beyond.
My inspiration for this work arose when I assisted my grandparents as my grandfather became ill. It became apparent that having a will in place was just the beginning. I helped them sort out important paperwork, make decisions for power of attorney, and plan funeral arrangements. Later, when my grandmother fell sick, we realized the need to update her paperwork and ensure her wishes were met as they had changed considerably since my granddad had passed. This experience made me realize the importance of truly understanding and honoring an individual's desires, especially during such vulnerable times.

My journey has led me to become certified in various areas, including End-of-Life Doula, Usui and Shamballa Reiki Master-Teacher, Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) Master Practitioner, Access Bars Practitioner, Akashic Records Healer, Angel Energy Practitioner, Shadow Healer, and a Notary in FL & ME. I also underwent training as a Hospice Volunteer to ensure I can offer the best possible assistance.

Through my training and experiences, I've come to understand that not feeling seen, heard, or supported can be a universal regret. I've realized that many of us, who are often seen as strong and dependable, the "go to person", also long for support and understanding. My energy modalities aren't limited to end-of-life care; I've seen how they can help individuals at any stage of life to clear trauma and feel fully acknowledged and valued. Don't be afraid to be seen or go through the last stage of life alone. I'm here to help you alleviate any regrets, release stored DNA trauma, and bring peace to your life journey. Let's work together to define your wishes, find support, and ensure that you are fully seen, heard, and valued.​
