My Story
Mystic Steppingstones is the result of my own personal journey caring for my grandparents at the end of their lives, and my desire to help others as they navigate their way through the difficult transitions of death. It is my goal to provide my clients with the highest level of support, guidance, and compassionate care. I understand that every individual and every situation is unique, which is why I tailor my services to meet each client's specific needs.

My Journey
I have worked in various positions in the federal government for the last 25 years, assisting individuals, businesses, non-profits, and municipalities in navigating the various requirements for a variety of different funding programs to bring their projects or goals to fruition. I understand what is needed for application submission and continued programmatic compliance. While working in the federal government, my personal experiences opened my eyes to the importance of end-of-life care. Experiencing the passing of my beloved grandmothers, grandfather, and uncle as well as assisting in caring for one of my grandmothers and my grandfather, inspired me to become Certified as End-of-Life Doula through IAP Career College. This certification enables me to assist individuals and their families as they navigate the sometimes confusing process leading up to a person's transitions at the end of their life and afterward. My healing journey in the field of EOL (Death)Doula caregiving has been enhanced by Master-Teacher certifications in Usui & Shamballa Reiki, a Master-Practitioner certification in Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), Access BARS Practitioner certification, and certification in Quantum Energy Healing. Many of these modalities can bring comfort, peace, and pain relief to those at the end of their life. In addition to my training in energy healing, I found that many of the skills developed for my work in the federal funding arena also translated to my EOL Doula service, such as research, listening to my client's needs and goals, providing guidance, acting as a sounding board, and acting as a representative.
My professional and personal passions culminated in the creation of Mystic Steppingstones to allow me to assist people in achieving their goals no matter their journey. I provide all services in the Northeast (ME-NH-MA-CT-RI) and Central-Western Florida in person and virtually, depending on the service. Some services can also be provided worldwide via online or virtual sessions. As a Federal Application and Compliance Specialist, I am honored to help you find, receive, and maintain the funding assistance to help your organization achieve its goals. As an End-of-Life or Death Doula, I am honored to assist my clients to walk in grace through the entire process, from planning to identifying end-of-life wants, needs, and goals; holistic energy comfort sessions; vigil sitting; respite care; emotional & spiritual support during the last days and through after death care for the families.
