Shadow work involves exploring the darker, often hidden aspects of ourselves—our fears, regrets, and unfulfilled desires. This introspective journey can bring profound healing, acceptance, and a deeper sense of peace. By addressing the energetic misalignment in your body, you can achieve a more balanced and fulfilling life. It is recommended to energetically clear and cleanse the morphogenic body back to the etheric level to clear out any blockages. Blockages can be from stored DNA trauma (that comes from your current/past lives, and ancestral lines), Regrets that store in the emotional and mental fields causing energy blockages, or Feelings of being less than, unworthy, or not being seen. Many times, physical illness or stress, not being able to fully step into your purpose, or not being truly seen for who you are is tied to an energetic block in one of the energetic bodies. Let's clear the blockages so you can live a more balanced life now, and in your next reincarnation, being seen for who you truly are. At Mystic Steppingstones, we understand how difficult it can be to navigate end-of-life care decisions for a loved one. That’s why I offer our Client Advocate ~ Family Liaison services. As an experienced facilitator, I help you, and your family members communicate effectively and make informed decisions together. I can help explain the different options available for end-of-life care, such as hospice care, palliative care, and advance care planning. I can also help you convey, or your family understand, your wishes and preferences to others as well as provide guidance on making difficult decisions during this emotional time based on resources available. Let me help you and your family through this process.

During this consultation, I'll get to know you and your situation, and you can get to know me. We can see if we fit and from there, we will work together to develop a plan that will help you achieve your goals.

Get Your Affairs in Order
At Mystic Steppingstones, I understand that end-of-life planning can be difficult and emotional. That’s why I offer our “Get Your Affairs in Order” service to help ease the transition for you and your loved ones. I will work with you to create a life plan, develop a vigil plan, identify important documents needed, and professionals to contact, as well as help you determine your last wishes for non-medical post-death care of your body and life celebration. Let me help you bring peace of mind to this difficult process.
Vigil Services - Post Death Assistance
At Mystic Steppingstones, I offer compassionate Vigil Services to provide comfort and support during the end-of-life journey. I can sit vigil with your loved one as they near their final moments, support your family as your loved one transitions, or assist with obituaries, funeral services, and other post death needs. Let me help you honor your loved one’s life with dignity and respect.
Monthly Virtual EOL
Doula Services
Discover the support and guidance you need with our Monthly Virtual End-of-Life Doula Services at Mystic Steppingstones. With daily check-in calls/texts, 2-hour weekly care calls, and on-call communication as needed, I'm here to help you and your family navigate this important time.
Whether it’s planning, support, or crisis management, I'm here to provide compassionate, personalized care every step of the way.
In the event of Death and post death, I provide up to 6 hours of virtual support via text, phone call, or zoom to the personal representative.
When booked, you will select your first 2-hour call time.
Monthly In-Person EOL ​Doula Services
Discover the support and guidance you need with our Monthly In-Person End-of-Life Doula Services at Mystic Steppingstones. With daily check-in calls/texts, 2-hour weekly in-person respite or energy sessions, and on-call communications as needed, I'm here to help you and your family navigate this important time. Whether it’s planning, support, or crisis management, I'm here to provide personalized, compassionate care every step of the way. When death is imminent, I provide 3 hours of vigil services at the client's choice of location, if wanted.
In the event of Death and post death, I provide up to 6 hours of virtual support via text, phone call, or zoom to the personal representative.
When booked, you will select your first 2-hour in-person session time.
